1.3 Price error If a price is obviously in error, and the customer should reasonably have realized this, Høeg Teknik is not obliged to deliver the product in question at the incorrect price.

2. General

2.1 When you place an order on the webshop, these terms always apply to your purchase, regardless of who is a party to the purchase agreement. It is important that you read the Terms and Conditions before placing your order.

2.2 Reservations are made for any errors in text and images in product descriptions, specifications, stock balance, prices and other information given in connection with the product. All images on are to be considered illustrations and do not necessarily constitute a 100% identical comparison with the actual appearance, origin or function of the item. The illustrations on the product page may therefore differ from the actual Product that you have ordered. We reserve the right to update or change information about the Goods at any time.

4. Prices and charges
4.1 When ordering Goods on the webshop, the prices stated at the time of payment apply. The prices listed on the webshop are updated in real time and are stated in Danish kroner, including VAT. If the price is specially adapted for you, you will be notified of this during the ordering process. Any delivery costs are not included in the price and may be added, depending on the delivery option you choose at checkout and the total amount of your order. The delivery costs are clearly stated during the ordering process. Any payment method fees may also be added depending on the chosen payment method.

5. When will my money be withdrawn from my credit card?

5.1 Amounts paid via credit card or one of the other payment solutions will only be withdrawn when the item has been dispatched from here or personally delivered.6. Delivery and transport

6.1 Delivery methods When the order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. If the item is in stock, the amount is raised and the item is packed and shipped with the agreed carrier. Carriers North Post GLS DAO For larger deliveries, a carrier is used.

6.2 Delivery costs Depending on the delivery option you choose in the ordering process (and depending on the total amount of your order) shipping costs may be added. The webshop calculates a suitable shipping option and weight.

6.3 Delivery time

6.3.1 The expected delivery time depends on the chosen delivery option. Estimated delivery time for the various options appears at checkout, on the item page, in your Order Confirmation and/or later information you receive from the Seller. Unless otherwise agreed separately (e.g. in connection with ordering Goods that are not in stock), delivery will take place no later than 30 working days from the date on which you received the Order Confirmation. It will usually be stated on the individual item how long it will take us to deliver. Individual items must be produced or shipped only when we receive an order. You hereby accept the specified delivery time when you enter into the transaction.

Products from Antenna-Amplifiers

Often antennas or filters/preamps have to be produced at the manufacturer in Serbia to meet the customer's demand.

Therefore, as a general rule, a delivery time of 8-14 days will always appear.

This delivery time is estimated and you will therefore always receive a correct estimate for delivery. If the item is already in our own warehouse, normal delivery time is 3-7 working days in EU. Overseas United Kingdom (England, Ireland and islands will depend on transporter. 

General for delivery We endeavor to deliver Goods within the stated timeframes. In some cases, the delivery may take longer due to unexpected events or force majeure. In the event of a delivery delay, you can contact us using our contact details and we will help locate your order or contact the supplier for you. Unless otherwise agreed and more than 30 working days pass, you have the right to cancel the purchase, provided that the delay is not due to you as a customer. Personal pick-up can only be done with prior agreement, as we currently do not currently have a physical shop.

6.4 Uncollected Goods If you do not pick up or accept Goods you have purchased, your parcel will be returned. We reserve the right to charge you for all costs incurred in connection with such a return. The costs vary depending on the chosen delivery option. These costs are debited via invoice or by card payment and direct payment. The price for the return corresponds to the expense we incurred.

7. Right of withdrawal and return

7.1 When purchasing Goods in the webshop, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by sending us a message within 14 days from the time you received the Item. If your order is delivered from a Seller in several installments, the 14-day period starts from the date on which you receive or pick up the last Item in the order. .

7.2 All Goods that are returned must be in the same condition as when they were delivered to you. This means that the Goods must not be damaged or used in any way, including being washed or worn for purposes other than testing the Goods, and that all markings and all labels must be intact. Returned in the same condition and quantity and in original, undamaged packaging.

7.3 Goods purchased in the second-hand market section are not subject to return or right of withdrawal. The item is purchased "as is". There are no refunds for returned used items. there is also no guarantee on used goods, unless otherwise stated in the description for the individual goods. In some cases, we can refer to an external workshop where, as best practice, we share the cost. Please note that different rules apply to refurbished goods delivered by an external partner. See point 16.1

8. How to cancel your purchase

8.1 If you want to cancel a purchase, you must send us a clear message via our returns form. The item must be sent properly wrapped, in good condition and in the original packaging. Same condition and quantity. You are responsible for the condition of the Item after you have received the Item and during the return. Your responsibility ends when the Seller has received the return. You must always keep the delivery receipt for the return until the return has been registered and the refund has been made.

8.2 When exercising the right of cancellation, you pay the return freight, unless otherwise stated.

8.3 If you return Goods without stating any particular reason, this is considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

11. Your repayment when exercising the right of withdrawal

11.1 When you cancel your purchase, the amount you have paid for the Product will be refunded to you, including delivery costs. However, any delivery costs may have been incurred because you have chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by the Seller, which will not be refunded in these cases. When you return part of an order, delivery charges are not refunded.

11.2 When you cancel your purchase, we will refund the amount paid as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. However, we must wait with the refund until we have received the Item. The repayment takes place via the payment option you chose at the time of purchase, if no other agreement has been entered into, or such repayment is impossible.

11.3 We have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in the value of the Goods compared to the original value of the Goods, if and to the extent such a reduction in value is due to you having handled the Goods to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function.

12. Complaint

12.1 All questions regarding complaints are handled directly between you and us. Contact us via e-mail or the return form.

12.2 If your Product is faulty, you have the right to complain. Complaints made within two months from when you discovered the error are always considered to have been made in time. You have a two-year right of complaint for goods purchased on the webshop or another period that may apply according to the legislation.

12.3 If you wish to claim a fault with a Product, you must go to the webshop as soon as possible after you have discovered the fault and click on the "Complaint" tab, which you will find in the menu on the right.

12.4 When a Product that is being complained about has been returned and the complaint has been approved, the Seller will compensate you in accordance with applicable legislation. We aim for this to happen within 30 days from the date on which we have received the complaint, but depending on the nature of the Product, it may take longer. In case of invoice payment, the invoice is canceled when the returned item is registered in the warehouse. You will find Qliro's payment terms here.

12.5 We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the Product is not defective in accordance with the law. If the Item is found to be free of defects, a fault finding and shipping fee will be charged to cover the Seller's costs for the return. 12.6 If you receive a defective Product where you want a new replacement product, we will send you the replacement product.

13. Force majeure The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond the Seller's control, e.g. conflicts in the labor market, war, fire, lightning, terrorism, changed authority decisions, technical problems, errors in electricity/tele-/IT connections or other communications, as well as errors and delays in services provided by subcontractors due to circumstances as stated here, or over which he could not otherwise have had control. Such circumstances constitute a ground for release, which entails exemption from damages and other consequences. Should such a situation arise, the Seller informs you partly at the start and partly at the end of the situation in question. If such a circumstance has lasted more than two months, both you and the Seller have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

14. Høeg Teknik's responsibility

Insofar as Høeg Teknik is not the seller, Høeg Teknik is not a party to the purchase agreement and/or the transaction between you and the seller. Høeg Teknik is not responsible for the actions of other Sellers, including but not limited to the sale of Goods to you and/or the Seller's delivery of Goods to you.

14.1 Goods purchased through Høeg Teknik via recycling/Refurb (used units with warranty)/goods delivered through external suppliers, where Høeg Teknik acts as a catalogue. Here, the item must be sent to the customer directly from the seller. Warranty and complaints also go through the seller. For support purposes, Høeg Teknik acts as an intermediary and ensures that you receive the Support/return form directly from the seller. Høeg Teknik is therefore not responsible for errors and does not lack standing and support.

15. Invalidity If a competent court, authority or arbitration board decides that a provision in Høeg Teknik's Terms and Conditions of Purchase is invalid or unenforceable, the relevant provision and all other provisions must be valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any provisions found to be invalid or unenforceable will be superseded by appropriate legal guidance and advice.

16. Applicable law, disputes and alternative procedure for resolving disputes

16.1 Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of Høeg Teknik's Terms and Conditions of Purchase must be interpreted in accordance with Danish law.

16.3 You can also submit a complaint directly online via the EU Commission's platform for mediation in disputes. If you submit a complaint through this platform, your case will automatically be sent to the appropriate dispute resolution body. This dispute resolution body then contacts the Seller and attempts to resolve the dispute without the intervention of the courts.

16.4 Disputes must ultimately be settled by an ordinary court
